NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Below is a description of known limitations we're working to address.

1. Keyboard navigation: Some interactive components may not be fully operable using only a keyboard (Tab/Shift+Tab/Enter/Escape), particularly menus, dialogs, or custom controls.

2. Focus visibility and order: In some areas, keyboard focus may not be clearly visible, or focus order may not follow the visual layout consistently.

3. Forms and error messaging: Some form fields may be missing clear programmatic labels, and some validation errors may not be announced to screen readers or may not provide sufficient guidance.

4. Headings and content structure: Some pages may not use a consistent heading hierarchy (H1–H6), which can make navigation more difficult for screen reader users.

5. Dynamic content updates: Some status messages (e.g., toast notifications, loading states, or inline updates) may not be announced to screen readers.

6. Reflow and zoom: At higher zoom levels or on smaller screens, some content may require horizontal scrolling or may not reflow as expected.

We are actively working to address these issues as part of an ongoing plan to improve accessibility.

This statement was prepared on 17 February 2026 and is reviewed annually or when we make significant service changes.

We maintain records of accessibility feedback and our responses for regulatory compliance.
